Prof. Bernardo Fratello

Biologist, wildlife instructor and ecological guard of the Province of Modena, former full professor of Biology and general genetics, he taught comparative anatomy of vertebrates, general biology and genetics at the university of Modena and Reggio Emilia for over forty years. He coordinated the biological part of the first “Report on the state of the environment in the province of Modena” and conducted research on mutagens and mutagenesis, on parasitic invertebrates and on the biocenoses of soil microarthropods, published in numerous texts and journals.
